You'll be helped by friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and personable people providing you with personal, expert service.*  For items not included in this list, a basic miscellaneous rate is also available.  Simply ask us what you need, and we'll give you a quote.

Many tasks are provided with a flat rate, however, which are lower than what you'll find from most of the big names in the industry.  Also, get service for any item over $100 and add on up to one more for just $75 (be sure to ask for this rate).

BASIC INSTALLATIONS
Basic setup & configuration
Unpacking, setting up, and turning on your new computer.  Includes creating user accounts, getting critical Windows Updates (if high-speed Internet connection available) and proper configuration to help keep your computer safe and well-maintained.  Also includes connection to any existing network.

Data Transfer Service (with new computer setup)
Moving information from an existing, working computer to a new computer, including documents, music, files, and more, available at this rate as an add-on service to basic setup and configuration.

Wireless Home Network Installation**
Setting up and configuring wireless router/base station and connecting up to two computers to it.  Note: Additional computers, beyond the included two, added to the wireless network will be billed at a rate of $35/each.

New Internet Service setup
Assistance in signing up for and setting up Internet access with an Internet service provider.

UPGRADE SERVICES**
Drive installation
Add a new disk drive to a computer, including new hard disks, CD or DVD drives, or removable disk drives, and install necessary basic software included with the drive.

Memory upgrade
Add new memory module(s) to a computer.

Add new hardware
Hardware included in this type of installation includes hardware such as new video cards or sound cards, or attached via USB or FireWire connection, such as cameras, PDAs, printers, or scanners.

Add a new program to your computer or upgrade an existing one, such as a word processor or anti-virus solution.

Operating system repair
When you can't start your computer or your computer is acting strangely, you may need to repair or reinstall your operating system.

Virus/Spyware/Adware/Malicious Software Removal Service
When malicious software, such as viruses, programs that pop ads up in your face, or monitor your habits to sell to marketers end up on your computer, the impact can range from annoying to just plain disastrous.  Have us check and clear your computer of these threats. (Ownership of antivirus product may be required)

Speed-up service
We'll come and check and repair several common problems that slow down computers, and make recommendations, if desired, on what hardware and software upgrades could be made to improve performance.

Basic computer training
Have an expert sit down with you personally and help you understand how information in your computer is organized, how to use Windows, open and close programs, save documents, print, copy from or create a CD, copy photos from your camera, and more.

*Before services are provided, customers must agree to certain terms and conditions governing how service is provided. 

*A $120 cancellation fee will be charged to any appointments cancelled on-site or within 90 minutes of a scheduled service call.  If you need to cancel, simply do so at least 90 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

**When adding new hardware, all required components must be provided to Elevated Consulting, Inc. consultants.  We are not a seller or reseller, and do not provide the hardware necessary.  We, in our expertise, however, can help you make all the right choices, avoid overspending, and help you through the ordering process.
