We do not share our client information with other parties, unless required by law, except with permission from our clients (such as when we're asked to contact a third party service provider on behalf of a client to investigate or initiate service options).

Web site logs / statistical collection
We collect information about visitors to our Web site to see what information is of the most interest to people.  This information typically does not contain any personal identifiers, and is not shared with anyone outside of Elevated Consulting, Inc.  All people privy to this information are bound by non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to ensure an added level of protection for you.

This Web site may issue "cookies" which improve functionality as you go from place to place on the site.  The cookies we request are only cookies we ourselves have issued.

Sending personally identifiable information over the Web
There are times that while using this Web site that personally identifiable data may be transmitted.  It is at your discretion what information is provided to us and, again, this information is not shared with other parties. 

Your contact information will not be sold or shared for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Third Party Web sites
There are situations where your browser may be directed to a third party or service to facilitate convenience features, such as a like PayPal, which allows us to accept payments from major credit cards with low overhead.  In these situations, it will be made clear when you are leaving our Web site and may be asked for information by another.

While we do our best to partner with only the most trustworthy people, when you are on Web sites not under the elevatedconsulting.com domain, because that content is not under our control, this privacy policy does not apply.  When on other Web sites, read their respective privacy policies if you are concerned about your privacy.

Us contacting you
We may contact you from time to time to inform you of important technology news and provide you with editorial content on how to protect yourself and better take advantage of technology.  These materials may include information about services we can provide to you as a customer, but are largely sent as a service to keep our customers informed. 

We also, from time to time, will send e-mail to our active clients regarding critical updates to their systems and software.
